Indacoin is a completely legitimate company and I first started buying Bitcoin with them in 2017 when I was just starting out. What I really loved at the time is that you you could buy $100 of Bitcoin instantaneously with a credit card without verification.
Indacoin is a Real and Legitimate company
Indacoin is one of the less popular cryptocurrency exchanges on the crypto market despite having been around since 2015.
Indacoin is still a great option for beginners who are looking for an easy way to buy Bitcoin.
What I like about Indacoin
1. You can Buy Bitcoin with Credit Card or Debit card without verification
Rating: 5 out of 5.
I think the best feature of INDACOIN is that users can easily by Bitcoin with a credit card or debit card “anonymously” without verification.
However, this comes at a higher price…literally.
The chat agent told me today it was no longer to purchase Bitcoin without verification but their FAQ says you can…
So I will have to test that out…
2. You have 18 cryptocurrencies to choose from
Rating: 4 out of 5.
The more choice we have the better when it comes to cryptocurrency
3. They send your Bitcoin directly to your personal Bitcoin Wallet.
Rating: 5 out of 5.
Receiving Bitcoin directly to your Bitcoin wallet address is an important feature.
This is because exchanges are the favorite target of hackers , more specifically private keys.
If you users can receive Bitcoin directly to their Bitcoin wallet, this avoids storing crypto on the exchange making them less vulnerable to hacking.
What I didn’t like
Customer Support (Very Poor)
Rating: 1 out of 5.
Chat Support: They have a very poor quality chat which unintentionally creates a cringeworthy customer support experiences. When I was transferred to a human chat agent, I was able to get my questions answered. However, the agent disappeared and left me hanging.
Email support: Feels like canned responses rather that helping customers solve their issues, this has not improved at all over the years.
Fees – not transparent enough
Rating: 1 out of 5.
They say that they have a fee calculator.
However, sometimes it appears and other times it doesn’t.
Fee calculator or not, they should give the user the fee percentage rather than let knew users figure out exchange rates in such a volatile market.
Things that can improve on:
I have some theories as to some may doubt whether they’re legit and based on my opinion, it all boils down to marketing and branding.
- They used to have an ugly website

- We don’t learn much about the team on their website
They just mention in the corner of their website that they based in London but they don’t have an “About Us” page nor do they introduce the team or explain their mission. So they don’t have a “face” to represent the them.
Despite having a lot partners, they appear to be more focused on their payment gateway than actually selling cryptocurrency.
- They don’t have a good referral program
This basically means that content created won’t be interested in promoting their content.
So therefore, the less content, the less information users have about the company and their questions don’t get answered.

Rating: 3 out of 5.
Did I receive the Bitcoin I paid for?
Yes.
Was I happy with my purchase?
Nahhhh… I felt the fees were to high.
Who is INDACOIN best for?
I recommend INDACOIN for those who wish to the buy small amounts of Bitcoin with a credit card or debit card without verification.
